This position is perfect for someone who’s a team player and would love helping homeowners create the kitchen / bathroom / interior space of their dreams.

So you won’t have to drive to Apache Junction, Scottsdale, North Phoenix, etc… Efficiency is important to us.


  • You help the homeowner(s) pick out their selection items and overall design.
  • Create renderings in design software such as 2020 Spaces / ProKitchen / Chief Architect to align with the homeowners design style and remodel goals.  We will provide & pay for the design software and any other related expenses.
  • Follow up with homeowners using BuilderTrend software to ensure a great experience.
  • Being able to help homeowners through the design phase quickly without rushing them.
  • Help homeowner stay on budget.
  • Updating the scope of work in the client’s google doc when they make a change to their design.
  • Review final scope with production team.
  • Site visit with client for final selections.
  • Assist homeowner with any items needed due to inventory or customer changes in construction phase.
  • Having fun with the homeowner!

Important team member requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as an interior designer
  • 3+ years experience with 2020 Spaces/ Chief Architect / ProKitchen or similar high-end design software. A plus if experience with 2020 spaces
  • 2+ years of experience with helping homeowners pick items like tile, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures
  • 1+ years experience with cabinets
  • Portfolio required with application submission as described below
  • Exceptional people skills
  • Must possess an outgoing personality
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Good driving record
  • Able to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Ability to lift 30lbs even though you won’t be doing any construction work
  • You truly care about people and helping them with their remodel

A big plus but not required:

  • Degree from an accredited interior design program
  • Previous experience with a company that did the design-build business model
  • Experience with 2020 spaces
  • Construction related experience
  • Basic building code knowledge (EX: Not able to hang a chandelier over a bathtub unless the top of bathtub to the ceiling is more than 8 feet)
  • Supplier/Vendor relationships

This position pays $65,000 - $80,000 a year. 

You’ll be an important team member of the company so we want to pay you well and make sure you have growth potential.
